Default 2006 center dash removal??

First off, Yes I have tried the search function . I came up with this thread but things don't appear to be exactly the same on a 2006. http://liljerk.morpheus.net/350Z/dash_removal/ I've gotten as far as getting all the screws out but the center section seems like something is still holding it back. Any words of wisdom here fellas? Thanks in advance for any help.

Never mind, I got it! I had to pull it loose from the bottom first instead of the top. Thanks

I was going to install a USA SPEC PA11-NIS. However it's begining to look like it won't work with the HU so I may end up selling the interface. The tech line for USA SPEC will be open in another hour, if they tell me it won't work I guess I'll put the dash back in.

It'll work. I've got it in my '06. It just replaces whatever's there right now, like factory Sirius or changer.
