As a Christmas present for the Z I will be re-doing the seats for my Silverstone Z and wanted to see what the Z community had to say about red interior in a SS.

 

ss is such a neutral color you can pretty much put whatever you want inside it...the red will obviously contrast it and look bold, but it won't look bad...def post pics

 

There are alot of stock cars that are silver with red interior.

do a nice cream or orange. something that makes it look really luxurious and expensive. i love the way the burnt orange seats look on silver Z's. make them look more fancy. red is nice. i would go with a perferated red leather if you do it. or something ferari -ish

 

Just to see what my fellow Z owners think about having red seats and to see if they had better ideas of a color scheme.

 

If you do it, can we get some pics of how it turned out? I'm interested in doing something similar, just a different color.

 

Im still interested in knowing who does that exact seat as shown above, I've been told a few places which i tried contacting with no success.

 

That exact seat in the original post is from Apache Auto in socal. That's Brandon's old seats (brandonanix). Let me know if you have any questions.

 

yeah do they still exist? do they have a contact number or email? Ive read that original post and towards the end people had problems contacting the owner, or whoever it was..

I've been debating the same question myself. Wanted to change the Black Leather out with Red. Seen it on a Z here I think his ID was BrandonX something... Anyhow I love it please post pics when its done, and how much it cost you.

 

Oh, and to answer your original question, I would say yes to the red. I believe 35oZephyR has SS with red interior, but don't quote me on that.
