Default need a little help on a cover

Any one know of a good durable snow/rain car cover for under $100 that wont screw up my paint and fits nice and snug. Was looking at the OEM and ones made from Noah fabric but those are over my budget at the moment.
Checked the forums doesn't look like anyone is selling one at the moment.
Googles and yahooed and asked jeeves but all that comes up are New stuff over $100.
Any help is greatly appreciated and I gotta get it quick seeing as how the weather is supposed to get progressively worse in the coming weeks out here in Misery (Missouri).
Only need the cover to last for this winter.
Thanks again in advance for any suggestions

I couldnt tell by the description but will that one work in snow/ice. I've seen someone around where I live with a cover similar to that and when the temperature dropped the cover froze on the car. Took like 30 minutes to get the cover off.
How does yours do in the below freezing temps?
