i'm not crazy about the suede, but i think a leather dash and maybe center console would look really nice. I just started thinkin about this a few days ago, but I've never really dealt with interior stuff much. How much would something like that cost?

Well that is what I thought about the visors, but they said it couldn't be done which looks to be B.S. now that I have seen all the pics of suede visors

+1

How much would it be to get the dash and doors wrapped in leather. Not in including materials.

The issue I had with not doing my center console in suede, which I did think about doing, is the fact that it would not flow with the rest of the dash. It honestly would stick out like a sore thumb.

A lot, the entire dash has to be ripped apart which takes a few hours when done carefully, and any decent upholsterer is far from cheap.

I was quoted $800 to do just the doors in alcantra by a upholsterer in Atlanta.

I've been planning on doing this for a while, just like the one with stitching above... I have a lot of other stuff I'd rather do first, though...

What about rain from smoking?? wouldn't the rain stain over time deteriorate the interior?

If you plan on smoking in your car do not bother with upgrading your interior at all.

yuck

If that's what you would want to do though, I would highly suggest using Alcantara instead of suede. MUCH easier to take care of and will wear much better. Unless you have a trailer queen, that suede will be ruined fairly quickly.

I park in garages at all times. They also have nice window sun shields now.

you guys who think its gay are funny.
because i dont think this is gay, and cars
that do track time actually do it to the whole
dash, like this lambo gellardo superleggera,
and benefit from it because it reduces glare.

just my 2 cents.

i think its pretty cool

don't mean wear from the sun, I mean from touch. Suede is harder to clean as well. Alcantara is a better suited material for interiors.

midnight garage, my "yuck" was in reference to that blue and white color scheme.

Well dude, theres a huge difference actually...in this picture from you it actually looks classy and quite nice, but the blue and white on the other hand even put my vomit to shame in terms of ugliness. =/
