Hey guys, does anyone know if the black piece in between the inside door handle and the air vent is replaceable? Mine got scratched up somehow, and I wasn't sure i fit was part of the door panel, or maybe the door handle assembly. Thanks

 

Here is a picture if that helps, you can see white spots where it's been scratched. It looks like it is one piece with the vent housing. Does anyone know the part number / name?
