Default Armour Paint or Tough Paint?

I'm going to have a body shop paint my JP body kit Super Black. Now you guys know, Nissan paint is softer then a baby's ***. IS there a different kind of paint that resists chips, dings, and scratches? Since the body kit is so low to the ground i think this would be better then clear bra all over the whole car.

Anyone?

a paint to do that? is that possible? i thought clear coat was the thing that protects the paint. (unless you can get that fusion type stuff that adheres to the molecular level so it never chips? i got no clue..)
but im really interested sooo much. Ill pay more monies for anything better.
(but not alot)

The new infinity ex35 is suppose to have the "healing" paint. How effective it is, we'll have to wait and see.

I have the JP Type A Front bumper and since it is almost impossible to put a clear bra on I bought the Armor Coat had my Body shop spray it on , it worked perfectly had it on for a couple of years. I am in the process of repainting the whole car so i am going to have them spray it on again.

No very few only high impact chips overall it saved my paint . 2 cans of material used together and when sprayed on its like gravel guard and then smooths out and what's good about it can be repainted just by sanding down the area you want to do .You can call them as ask if they have a Body Shops in your area that uses the product or try this e-mail amy@armorauto.com

I really need to look into this stuff. Fiberglass kits are really prone to chips easily.

Mapleleaf could you kindly pm me on the price for just the product and the quanity you bought for that price?

I am in Canada , so it was through a Paint Distributor. Part # 911PKQ . Here is the link for jobbers that are suppose to carry of get this product.
http://armorcoat.armorauto.com/distributors/jobbers.htm The body shop who bought the product had to buy a case , so I think it was around $150.00 (2 cans)
