Default Eyelid problem! HELP!

I just got my eyelids back from paint, but when i went to put them on, the part that hangs down inside the hood kept getting smashed by the hood when i closed it.

What do i do to get theses on?

well i had the same problem when i installed them a few weeks ago. first thing i did was open the hood and install the eye lid and let it sit for a coupld of hours so that the tape sticks well. then i tried moving my head light a little away from the hood and my problem was solved.

there is a bolt inside the engine bay. just unscrew it a bit and try to shift the light over. its not gonna move a lot but it was enough for me.
have you tried maybe adjusting the hood
