Default Fender Binder f***k** my front bumper have a few questions

well my front bumper is smudged and cracked so i am looking to get a new stock one, nismo, or whatever i find that i like. but here are my questions :

1. I dont know what it is originally made out of but i keep reading fiberglass has to be reformed, why is that?

2. Since fiber glass has to be reformed is it wiser to go with a different material and if so what material is that?

3. Does anyone know a good vendor for such a bumper?

i rear ended a lady that cut me off and because i am 21 the insurance companies are saying its my fault

its always your fault when you rear end someone... almost always

well when you hit someone, most of the time its failure to control speed. not saying its your fault, its just the way it is... trust me i would know, i've rear ended 3-4 cars
