Default Screw holes on bumper.

So when I purchased my Z there was a license plate holder (with the car lot's advert on it) on the front bumper which looked horrible. I had them remove all of the stickers before I bought the car, but unfortunately when I removed the bumper there are some unsightly screw holes.

Is there any way to fix this without having to purchase a whole new bumper? Perhaps some kind of filler, putty, I dunno. Would I need to paint it too? Any good resources or ideas would be appreciated!

There are some bumper plugs available. I can't remember exactly who to get them from though.

You cannot fill those holes, most body shops would not even touch it. Unless it was plastic welded

You guys are amazing, thanks a ton! Kind of scares me to start drilling holes in my bumper, but I'm definitely getting some of those plugs. Thanks again.
