Default Question on removing the interior

Hey everyone. I need to finish removing my dash and I only have one piece that I cannot get off. The passenger side dash cover that goes over the airbag. I have a service manual and it says that there is 3 screws, one clip up front and then three clips in the back. I CANNOT get it off at all. I have removed everything that I can think of. And since I need to remove that piece to finish replacing the wiring harness, I'm kind of stuck. Any suggestions?

im pretty sure u just remove the lower part of that dash and then the top pops off..there may be a screw or 2 that are under the lower portion but that should be it...its been a while since i had mine all apart but it wasnt all that difficult..
