cf hood problem

cf hood problem

so ive had my seibon cf hood for about 5 months now and it has a bunch off white things that look like water spots but im pretty sure there not.. Any idea guys?

i had seibon hood and i know what your talking about. its the clear coat. if it bothers you that much just get it clear coated again at shop
