how can i get my back bumper looking like this

Just fold the centersection of the bumper up and secure it. its easy. go look under your car.

Fairlady, I believe they call that "rolling" the rear bumper. From everything I've read, Apothyosis is correct. Shouldn't be any cutting required, though I haven't personally done this mod.
