I can agree that they are played out but to say that Lamborghini doesn't use them is total BS.

well, considering their current lineup in the US includes just two cars with the gallardo having 3 variants and the murcielago has two variants. of those 5 only 3 do not have the doors, so i think that his statement was right. and he never said that lamborghini did not use them, just that most of the cars do not have them.
Oh I thought he said Lamborghini not Lamborghini of North America...... Wait he did say Lamborghini and they have have more than two cars. They have three? The Gallardo has six, The Murcielago has seven and then The Renventon.

ok, maybe i have to break it down so even you can do the math
there are two current models according to the lamborghini website
murcielago and gallardo. two (2) models
each of those two (2) models have variants (trim levels) of those two (2) models, they are:
murcielago LP640
murcielago LP640 Roadster
that is two. according to you there are seven (7), so what are the other five (5)?
gallardo LP560/4
gallardo superleggra
gallardo spyder
and that is three. again according to you there are six (6). what are they then?
that makes five (5) trim levels of two (2) current models. as far as the reventon you mentioned, even the italian lamborghini website does not mention it but in the neww release, it was mentioned there would only be twenty (20) of those cars made so it is not in the regular lineup.

and to knock this back on topic, lambo doors on any car other than a lambo are nothing but rice and the most overplayed fad mod out there.

Yes please break it down for me because I don’t see where it says anything about production vehicles in the comment. The comment was “even lambos don’t have lambo doors now in most cases” This is a list of the models that have been displayed and built by Lamborghini in the recent years. The only Models that don’t have the doors are the Gallardo’s. If he had said “Lambos don’t have Lambo doors on their production cars in most cases” then yes you might have a point, but like I said that’s not what he said.
Renvention
Gallardo
5.0
SE
Spyder
Nera
Superleggera
LP560/4
Murcielago
6.2
R-GT
40th Anniversary
Roadster
LP640
LP640 Versace
LP640 Roadster
And to answer the OP's question I wouldn't use that kit. From what I have read the GT Factory doors are the best, but are the hardest to install. There is a post about them and the install on here somewhere.

Thanks for that interpretation of their engineering choice. I got a kick out of it.
