Default Front lip like the Shine Street??

Overall Im not to happy with the current state of body kits for the Z. There are a few that dont look to bad, but most are much to gaudy and have that silly looking pointy side lip thing. Like this...

What I am looking for is something like the Shine Street lip on the Eclipse GT, like this...

I went through the zmodified body kit list there and I don't see anything that even remotely resembles this front.

The closest resembelance I can find is the Blitz Over Fender kit (seen below), which would obviously require some modification to get the forked center look like the Shine street. Even then, It hink this blitz kit still has those goofy pointy corners which I hate.

Any ideas? Suggestions? Am Im going to have to go custom to get something like this done?

To be honest I love that kit on the Eclipse, I used to have a 2000 GT back when I lived in Houston and it was one of the hottest kits back then and still...Here it is
http://www.turbomagazine.com/include...007/index.html
Regardless, there lots of sick kits for the Z that are out there you just got to pick the right one that would fit right with the theme of the car..
Good luck

um, you say you hate the pointy things on the sides, yet you want pointy things in the center. that makes no sense. you want a decent lip that does tno flare as much on the sides go with the veilside V1

maybe you should just drive an eclipse?

Its my opinion that the 350 has a ton of great options for
body styling, and most look sick. Unfortunately, many are
only available at High $$$.

Why would you want your Z to look like an Eclipse? Maybe you should just go for the Civic look while you're at it...

In my personal opinion most of the front lips available today do not very closely follow the lines of the car. Those lips and bumpers with the "flap" at the corner just look unnatural to me.

Im thinking some modification of maybe the vertex kit or a lip such as the white car posted above, modified to look like the Shine Steet bumper in the center, with the points at the side of the grill opening as it is on on the eclipse but naturally extending from the fender flares of the Z like the blitz kit.

Im not sure what is so difficult to understand about that. Personally I think it would look spectacular on the Z.

Here is another picture on a 3G with the newer bumper...

I'm just using it as an example. Pardon me for having my own opinion.
