I like the one that I've got, but I don't think it would work without the lip. I like it anyway (Grillcraft).

I agree, the 06+ grill looks nice. The 03-05...not so much I've gone back and forth wih cutting mine out for a while now (I have an 04). The 03-05 grill just looks so cheap.

They're not '07 wheels. They're '05s (upgraded wheels). Wheels are "similar" to '07 stocks, but not quite. Photo to show actual look. That's what came on the car when I bought it.
What's goofy about it (the grill)?

I personally felt the front end of the Z could use some improvement. Here's a recent picture of my Z prior to an autocross -- custom powdercoated grille, Suzuka front lip, AUT eyelids, smoked headlights & front reflectors, carbon fiber Z logo, and Sony bullet camera. Yeah, it looks mean . . . cars on the left lane actually move out of the way when they see me on the rear view mirror.

The bullet camera is connected to a Sony video camera, which records the video on a memory card. I bought the Stage 1 kit which is powered via a cigarette lighter socket. Here's the link to the kit:

I initially painted mine too but the paint started chipping after a while from the debris (rocks, etc.) hitting the grille. I finally had it powdercoated to give it more durability -- cost me just $25.

oh nice! i spent about that much to paint it lol. i bought this really nice adhesion promoter spray, flat black spray paint, and can of clear. cost me like 20 bucks haha. with the combination of those 3 the grille looked really nice and i rolled with it like that for a 10 months and no chipping.
