Thanks brotha!! I took that picture yesterday when I installed my new GTSPEC bars. And I love the Vredesteins!!! I like them so much that I want to get them again once these wear out. The only thing that sucks is that they have a distributor on the east and west coast. A few months ago their west coast location went out of business so I'll have to have them shipped across the country which will cost more, but I'm not sure how much. They're really good tires and handle much better than my last 3 sets (OEM, Nitto 555 and Dunlop Direzza DZ101). And they're also very reasonably priced. I paid less for the 19" Vredesteins than I did for the Dunlop's on my stock 18" wheels.
Could you provide the ordering info for the east coast supplier?
forgive me if this was answered already but how exactlly does the ziptie method work step by step. and somone saying the hole that are already there. thanks in advnce
i was on the fence about tucking my bumper and whether or not i really wanted to do it. well i got my exhaust installed friday and the guy doing the install broke off one of the tabs on my bumper. so i said screw it and broke the other off and tucked the bumper.
i used 3M double-sided tape and let the jacks push on it for about an hour. the actual 'install' only took about 30 minutes to do (also removed the heat shield while I was down there so that added 5-10 minutes). easy peasy mod that only costs about 4 bucks for the tape.
I noticed that too, mine is the regular V2. Did you get the TDX all at once or did you just switch the midpipe? We might have canisters from a different production batch?
got the new tdx with the v2 but Tony manufactured a few sets of the v1 with updated side branch resonators... could be that i got a set of those. i'll ask him. in an earlier thread someone asked the difference and he said there was absolutely none so it could just be the angle or something making them look shorter... and of course the weldings on the end of mine aren't as pretty as the round resonators you got
