Finally got everything done, so I posted some pics in General.
I don't want to start a new tread so I will post a link.

https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....469#post378469

If you guys got any question or want some more pics, let me know. I finally figure out how to get those pics under 200k, so I can post them up now.

I know this kit isn't everyone's taste, but let me know what you guys think. Like it or Not.

Default nice done!

I will say "do not", again do not drive fast. You will have crack like me. In order to aviod the crack you need to build another structure under the car.

Nice done I love my veilside kit too. It costs too much to maintain...

Micky, how did veilside take care of you so far?

I just want to let you know that I can SEE tiny little crack under my paint around my headlight where yours cracked.

Both side, very very mild...but it is enough to get my worry. I think this is a HUGE design flaw, as I never got my car over 90 mph, and it was only for a fraction of a second before I braked, and I know you guys got to drive faster then that over in US. I know I did.

I'll talk to Veilside and see what they tell me...let me know what they told you please. Thanks.

Default Very Pain in a** to take good care body kit!

I spent about $4000 just fixing and repaint front bumper. Hu~~.. It's very sad story. I thought it was veilside's fault. After all it was not. I would said it was half veilside fault. My auto shop hired another expert to sort out the problem with front bumper.

The cracks between headlight kept happened no matter what! 1st crack happen when I drop the hood to close. Second time happen my roomate drop the hood. Third time I hit the pot hole in the 42nd street. 4th time, I got the cracks driving too fast and plus I got into an accident (I was not even driving!!! long story).
The reason why I told you "do not drive fast" is not because of safty issue. The version 3 front bumper design to take maxium air flow while you are driving. Therefore if you drive fast like me(110~135), the front bumper gets so much pressure(you would not know how much it shakes until you see) you will have the crack between headlight. How to get away this! I will send you pictures. I built another structure under the front bumper and add some more. Currently I'm in Japan for some business. Oh~ I went to Veilside Japan to explain the situation, but no luck at all. (forgot to bring my laptop and my translater was not there for moment.) Anyway I will send you pictures and explain more details how to aviod a few cracks. Enjoy...

Yea, I really notice that you had alot of problem with the front bumper.

This is an issue I should talk to Veilside about, since they did the installation and paint in Japan.

If this is a design problem, then it is their fault. If this is an installation problem, it is still their fault in my case. However, I seriously need to be careful. This car is one nice kit, but it is also one hell of an headach to maintain and drive.

I'll see what they tell me then. I'll let you know what I find.

Thanks
