ok... heres the predicament, my headlights were spray tinted by a shop, yeah i know. i paid cash and when they came out screwed up they cleaned them with something that cracked the hell out of them. they accepted no responsibility due to the fact that i paid cash. so in return i bought a set of headlights and i went to put them in then realizing that they are not HID. so i have a new set of headlights with a six pin plug and my stock harness with eight pins... what to do. i dont care if i downgrade since im sure someone will take the HID's off me. anyone have any wiring diagrams or where i can find a harness? i know ill probably be hung out to dry for this but im not sending the headlights back for a 45% restocking fee plus shipping... please help. i cant find anything on this.

 

Why not bake both sets and trade outer lenses?


Better yet, if you don't trust your self, send them to someone who can do it for you.

 

I don't think you can use them.. Only solution i see is the use heat gun to disassemble the non-hid headlight housing and switch it with damaged one!! and sell other other piece for some money!! Good Luck

Not sure about that, but I'd be leary of using a cheap set from eBay with the HID's.
