Looks much better painted! To any non-enthusiast, it would appear stock bodied. The wheels have huge lips and looks great. I don't want to nitpick, but as others have said, if they could have straightened out where the front fender meets the front bumper, it would have looked 100%, even still this is a very clean (and yes, subtle) wide body that gives you added tread on the ground, and most importantly, it's not fiberglass. Not to look down on fiberglass, but I've had a fiberglass molded widebody on a past car and it just doesn't hold up well to everyday driving, or really any driving at all as I only drove that car maybe once a month. This should last for years to come.

Great work and vision for a unique appearance.

 

Thanks for the constructive criticism and complements. It's not completed yet I too noticed the gaps and I'm bringing it back for some touch ups to include everything mentioned today. I just picked it up yesterday and noticed these things once the bodyshop had already closed so it was too late to bring it back. but anyway I still have some more small things to add: BBK, minor engine bay mods, SQ audio install, etc..... But There's no rush....

the rear looks good, the fronts are abit extreme imo...the lines don't seem to flow too well imo.

 

+1, take it back to the body shop, i will not be happy with the finished product..I love the subtleness though.. and those wheels are sickkkk

congrats on doing something different and tasteful. ended up coming out good- definitely get those lines cleaned up and you'll have a winner.

I think INGS LX sides would work well with this since you have the front lip, and I like the rear since the LX rear is too fat for my tastes

I like the concept and I think it's a good idea and can be made just a tad better. The body style of these cars mimick the Porsche 911 in many ways, your move was to the wide body looks like the 930, beautiful car. But if you'll notice, the Porsche tucks the fender inward at the rear.

I'm here in Bridge City, not to far from you and wouldn't mind seeing it up close, might do something like that to mine.

I don't know who did your body work, but I have one of the tops anywhere right down the street from me, just hard to get him to concentrate on one car at a time.

x20 on the ings lx sides. Honestly my car is dumped and I have the full ings lx kit. Props on doing it in any regard.

Nismo sides would prob work with that and maintain the ground clearance. I think it looks cool.
