Ok, here's my situation. I have a Seibon hood installed right now. The hood itself had issues from the beginning. The latch was off and so was the fitment, but I couldn't get a refund on it. Now the finish is fading and I want to replace it. I have tried looking around for a new hood, and have seen some I like, but I would love to see some on actual people's cars. So help me out here and post up your cars with CF hoods. If you could, list what kind of hood it is and model/style if they make multiple hoods. Like the title says, no replica stuff (no Seibon, Mastergrade, etc), I want something original.

Like I said, I want to see pics, lol. I don't like the 08 version of the Top Secret hood, but I know there are others out there.

 

agreed, looks bad. i have an 08, and the only one i've seen that is nice is the TS hood from seibon. they are quite expensive though (as with all hoods)

 

I'm definitely not doing Seibon again. I want an original, something like a Top Secret, C-West, etc. But I would like to see some actual pictures of them, not just stock photos on a website.

I have the mastergrade venom hood with custom vent covers. I ordered mine from Jim@showstoppers and it had pretty good fitment.

 

done that, and bulletproof, and z1. Nothing but stock photos with bad angles. The whole point of this thread (as stated above) is to see actual people's rides with photos they have taken themself.

I believe the OP wants something other than Mastergrade or Seibon. Your Z looks nice though! I myself have the 07+Seibon TS.

this is what I would like. The websites often use the same pic (very small ones) for the entire body kit. I would like actual user pics of these hoods installed. I've been shopping around enough to know that those websites have pics of them, but most of those pics suck and are not very detailed.

don't really like that hood, I don't like how the vents have the lips on them like they are seperate pieces from the hood.
