OMG Dude your my HERO!!!! I've been waiting for someone to do this so that we could share stories and help the rest of the Z community feel comfortable with doing this. I went the paint route which was a PITA I can't wait to hear how this option works for you. Definately stay in touch!!

OP I hope you dont mind,

I have also wanted to see somebody with a flat black 350 with 06+ Headlights with color matched insides flat black! Hint! Hint! lol.

Nice setup, and when your ready to go back to red just rip it off with some water. I had this done on a mini cooper. The car was decked out as a ad for my business.

honestly what difference does it make who manufacturers the vinyl???? Any vinyl/wrap shop worth its weight would be able to do this for you, but plan on spending $2500-$4000. It will also get beat up pretty quickly from rocks/debris.

I think the matte black looks awful, but an economical vinyl option would be interesting.
