Default Problems with convertible top...

I have an '04 roaster and I never had any problems with my top until now. My warranty is up so I don't wanna bring it to the dealer and get charged $175 just for them to look at it. People have been telling me that I might just need an "adjustment". Once I open the top its fine it just doesnt "click in" at the end and the light on the dash is still on. So I have to either get out of the car and put pressure on that area that sticks up behind the headrest and I dont wanna do that! You know what I mean?! Any suggestions?!

Mark, if you're having this problem for some reason, it's been less than 30 days you've had the car. Take it to the dealer you got it from ASAP!

Dude way to bring back a 1.5 year old thread... They only made 2 posts anyway so they probably never visit this forum, or hell may not even have the car.

Would of been better to PM them, if anything it would notify their e-mail which would get their attention a lot better than reviving this old heap of postage.

Thanks for your opinion but at least the search button was put into used rather than starting a new thread which would have a ton of replies of search, search etc.
