Saw it at 350Zforms.org for $390. Is this a replacement or sticks over stock dash? Looks nice--kind of breaks up the enterior. Has anyone installed it? thanks

Mike, what's your opinion on this dash kit versus others. i.e. quality, ease of install, durability, etc. I've seen carbon fiber but I have that in another car--like something different for the Z that matches the other Alum. trim pieces. thanks
