Rice or Nice?

 

I like it - I could do without the boy racer spoiler, but I vote nice

If the sideskirts were CF or painted black to match the CF it would look even better.

Not a fan of the wing though

 

Everything is nice just get rid of that spoiler and you're golden!

the wing is actually a CF Nismo V1 style without the base

 

The wing is.........kinda ricey. Your car would look cleaner without it.

 

love the black lip, goes with the rims - i agree that the sides should be blacked out to - the wing is good but maybe it draws the eye too much because it is also black - might be more understated to go silver with it

ie (sorry for the lame PS 'skillz')



i used to have an alfa romeo gtv6 coupe ( circa 1986 ) with this color scheme and it (to me!) always looked pretty classy - black and silver , hard to beat

anyway NOT rice - all functional stuff

and again - love the black lip on the silver!

Rice, its 100% rice. Since it is obvious it is not rice then we are forced to say nice, nice try though.

Car looks good, would be better with color matched body.

Your Z looks good, I agree with everyones comments on the sides matching the lip & wing. BTW, I like the wing, I think it looks like the nismo's & they are Hottness.

Also in your pic, your front bumper looks to be way off color from your hood & fenders.

thanks all for the compliments and critiques, the bumper is OEM, could be the lighting? i did try to fix the lighting/hue/contrast in photoshop, the wing, yea does look a bit ricey, especially at that angle, but its a nismo V1, and i guess its a love or hate thing, i just don't like the small lip spoiler? well u are wat u eat, and i love rice, lol. and the thing about matching the side skirts in CF or dark color, i think ur totally rite, i just didnt wanna take the chance and it end up not look good, i think i went on the safe side and just color match it.

plans for the car is FI after my tour in iraq, but for now, its pure rice, looks fast, but stock speed, haha

 

i think the version 2 spoiler would be perfect on that, and maybe all carbon hood with no vents, but the hood pins on would look pretty sweet.
