urethane can be tinted(and comes in various colors as is), but theyd never match most colors, and getting a shine is unlikely. Im sure it comes as whatever color the urethane mix they use is. no extra tinting.

 

you will have to paint the urethane. just make sure your body shop adds flex agent into the paint mix, or it will flake off the urethane easier.

 

The majority of automotive paints that come from, say Sherwin-Williams, contains flex agents in the paint . . . for something like urethane, you want to inquire about an adhesion promoter (serves in place of actual "primer" ) . . .
