Buyer Beware. Itrader submitted today.
I submitted this itrader rating for x350Zx today. (now known as Street Visionz, Inc.)
I almost expect my email addy to be bombed now. I've recieved quite a few pm's in the past asking if i've had problems with him. I defended him because he was really good at communicating and tried to make things right. But when you sell a poor product, and your CS falls apart you really have nothing positive going for the situation.
The funny thing is, people continue to purchase from him even after I called him out. I felt this thread was necessary, if anything as a PSA but also so that no one can say they weren't warned.
Drew, in your pm, you said no hard feelings on your part. Well, I went six weeks without my Z and had to embarassingly tell the body shop why I've had a ticket opened with them for longer than 45 days and yet no work had been done. I didn't even take the car up there until the bumper arrived either. No hard feelings on your end? Well, I have plenty of hard feelings on mine. I'm thankful after I explained the situation, they chose not to charge me for taking off the bad bumper and test fitting the one you sent. I hate being pitied, but thats what it amounted to.
Ordered Ings N-spec front. Drew was nice enough to give me a slightly lower price because I was a repeat customer and my first kit that I bought from him had severe fitment issues. What brought me back after having such a hard time the first time, was his customer service skills. He's usually excellent about following through and communicating.
I gave him a positive itrade last time based on this. This time however, the kit took longer to arrive than promised. Had fitment so bad, the body shop said it wouldnt even be worth fabricating. I emailed/posted/IM'ed Drew immediately about the defect. No reply from him about this for several days. I had to point out in several threads that he needed to let me know what was up. Two weeks later, he sends me a pm and email saying that he wasn't sure why the kit didn't fit, and that he didn't have any more, and asked if I wanted a Nismo style V2. Terrible, of course I don't want a V2, I have an Ings. So he promises to talk to his distributor and get a new one to me out immediately free of charge. THREE weeks go by and I don't hear anything from him. Nothing. Bumper never arrives at body shop. Once again, I email/post/IM/PM asking why and state that something needs to happen or else I will need my money back. I've been very patient up until now, but I want my bumper. He swears it will be there in a few days and says he will give me the tracking number. Another week goes by, and I never get a tracking number. Mean while I'm sending him constant messages both in threads and privately, asking for updates.
I finally call him out in multiple threads to expose his terrible communication in this issue. Read here for what I had to do to get him to finally communicate: (this was posted in multiple threads)

and my reply back to him.

He pm's me with this:
I ask for him to produce the tracking number that he supposedly had sent. It never came of course. Because there was never one to begin is what I think. I give him a few days to produce and eventually tell him to refund the money. A few days later, its finally sent to me. I waited until the money cleared before I posted this itrade and thread.
Buyer beware. I wanted something cheap and got what I paid for.

He pm's me with this:
Hi Brian,
If you do indeed want the refund let me know ASAP and I'll send that out today and I will contact BAXGLOBAL to void your shipment.
Let me know ASAP what you want to do and I'll handle it immediately for you. I won't be back at the desk till later tonight but definitely let me know what you decide you want to do. If you're going to return the bumper anyway, it makes sense for me to just refund you.

Sorry to hear about your situation Brian, hope it works out for you. If I had known you were in a bind I would have sold you my authentic N-Spec front. If you want an authentic Ings I can ask around to see if anyone has one in stock.

The issue was already resolved- he was sent a refund. I've done business on here for over 2+ years, I'm not here to screw over anyone. This particular issue was blown way out of proportion. Many on this forum will vouch for me, I always try my best to maintain the best customer service possible. I'm sorry that Brian currently feels the way he feels but at this point I've done all I can.

Yes, the issue is resolved. I'm really sorry it came to this though. If I was the only person to hear about issues, I might not have this thread up, but I am trying to warn others.
Even after I called you out, I still gave you the option to give me the tracking number. I'm usually not one for speculation, but I don't think the new one was ever shipped, which is why you never came through on the tracking number. If you had the tracking number, you could have posted it up publicly, so that everyone could see where my stuff was, and when it was finally sent off.
But before I post anything.. heres some IM's.
First told you about bad fitment on 8-19

Thats from my sent box. Sent on 8-25...
Never heard from you again, so I posted this:
https://my350z.com/forum/6282621-post75.html
Finally got your reply to that IM on 9-12.

I posted in one of your threads, asking for the tracking number which you hadn't sent yet. That post is here: https://my350z.com/forum/6305203-post572.html
Six business days came and went. Nothing, no tracking number. Six days is generous considering it was supposed to have been sent weeks agp, but I restarted the clock and gave you 6 business days from the last PM. Still didn't deliver.
Called you out on the 23rd
https://my350z.com/forum/6337404-post90.html
I gave you a chance to come up with the tracking number so everyone could see if/when it was shipped. I gave you permission to post it publicly here: https://my350z.com/forum/6339337-post93.html I even stated that I was giving you the benefit of the doubt. At that point, you could have seperated yourself from your supplier and shifted the blame on them.
You replied and sent me a PM asking if I indeed wanted a refund. Instead of posting up the tracking number like I recommended. I asked you via PM one final time:

Pay attention to the dates here everyone. That was on 9/24.
I gave you four days after that to reply with the tracking, but again, it never came. On 9/28 I finally asked you for a refund.
I work in a customer service related industry. The key beyond being pleasant to deal with, is being honest with your client/customer. Never set unrealistic expectations and such. Or as the industry says, under promise, over deliver. I realize that we've chatted a few times and I have a pretty easy going demeanor, but I am still a customer, and will not accept such poor service. If you had told me I might have to wait months to get a replacement bumper, I'd have just said to refund it then, and buy from one of the other vendors here.
So, even though you sent me a pm asking me to close this thread Drew, I will not. My feelings and the truth stands. Nothing here is conjecture. Hell, you can read the PM's see that when you finally get around to replying to someone, you do so well. I'm not hiding that fact, but overall, the whole experience left me with an incredibly bad taste in my mouth.
So guys, you see first hand via my pm, that he does reply well, but nothing is quick here. Take that for what it's worth.

I'll take you up on that offer, now that I think about. Let me know. Thanks bro. That might be a nice excuse to come down to Houston and hang with all my friends.

he said he would send me a set of new parts the next day after we spoke. 3-4 day later he did not send any parts so i told him to refound my money and if he wanted the kit he could have it back as i have no use for it, however he would pay for shipping. he said he would refound the monney. thats the last i hear from him. its been a week and 1/2 now i called him wont answear, pmed wont answear.
come on andrew keep your word and refound my money its been over a month sicne this started. i paid for this the around the 8th of october.
Refund sent to you Diego. I spoke to you yesterday and told you I would send it and I did. I do hope you are being honest about the parts not fitting and not just making an issue because you no longer want the kit. Seems strange as I have had no complaints about the v2 kit. Anyhow refund sent
