thanks for the positive feedback, in my opinion it looks so much cleaner than the overlays that i had on and for those who want to do this but afraid of messing it up...its pretty simple and straight forward

It is pretty simple for those who doesn't have the guts to do it. Here is my DIY instruction. I am not sure if Zero350z used it or not but like he said it is simple.

I think you painted too much of the light.... you weren't suppose to paint the chrome for the blinker light or the chrome under the running light/ reflector strip... It should have been taped off, unless thats what you were going for than ignore me...

true true, thats why I said if thats what he was going for than ignore me.... it's just now his amber turn signal won't be as effective....

-so paint them the way you want but if you want them to be just as functional as they were stock... then don't paint those areas

^i just didnt, i want 06 but they are too expensive plus i have 03 base non-hid so i would have to buy the ballasts and everything else that i need for the conversion...1200 for headlights is too expensive but i will do it eventually. This was just a temporary thing until i can fork at the money of 06's. By the way matix101vz...how does the borla exhaust sound with the topspeed testpipes because that is what i am thinking of doing? thanks

the light output is the same except for the turn signals but...who gives a f*ck about the turn signal light output. I say do it, just make sure you seal the headlight back up with some silicone
