Anyone know how to remove the ebrake? I want to install a momo ebrake handle like this one http://www.modacar.com/products/Niss...uminum+Br.html.
Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

You have to cut the plastic away and then drill into the existing handle. It's not that hard but use the DIY posted. I followed it and had no troubles.

hey thanks for all the responses, i just looked at that diy, and its lookin good. The only questions i have are, once i cut along the seams of the handbrake, do i just pull it off? it seems that the material goes deep down along the boot. Also, when i read the diy, i did not understand anything it was saying about the boot collar, can someone exlplain what i have to do with it, and the actual purpose of the collar itself. Thanks alot guys!

Once you cut along the whole length of the seam yes you just pull it off. It is held on with a little rubber cement. The plastic part that goes down in the console that you can't see all of, is only held in place with thin plastic. If you pull on the old ebrake plastic material, it will give out amd let go/break.

If yer talking about the rubber factory collar it's just a finishing piece. To get a good grip on the plastic ebrake material I had to pull that finisher piece off. If you take that rubber piece out, you will need to super glue it back on, since it self distructs when you take it off.
