OP,

Can you, please, post pics of the "mirror-side?" That is, how the mirrors look from the driver's perspective?

Thanks in advance.

This post is more about the J panel and not the CF mirror cover. You can put these on any mirror with the OEM J panel style. You can view mirror side pics on page 2 tks.

I ordered a set of these j panels tonight and was about to buy some mirror covers too then seen your pics on page two and not really liking them. They dont even cover the bottom of the mirror whats up with that? Anyone know if there are any covers that go over the whole mirror?

No covers go to the bottom of the mirror, but you can not really notice the bottom unless your jacking the car up. You will have to get full replacment mirrors to se no paint.

Well the only full replacements I even think look half way decent are the gandors but they arnt real cf. With the price they have for cf look kind of sucks. I think another option for me would be to get my mirrors painted black then get these covers. I dont know I have silver stone Z so the mirror cover may not look to bad.

another way to get rid of the body color showing around the lip is to lightly sand your stock mirror pods and paint them black, then install the CF overlay. it would stand out much less, and not look so much like a cover.... just a thought...!

Any idea if you can take out the mirror? I want to paint the inner side black.
