its fiberglass. its already super rigid. i cant see that making that much of a difference. i may try it i may not. it was a free repaired bumper so if its a fail i'll buy you a beer and deal... lol
So ultimately the fiberglass will be weakened structurally, and the forces that are at work will flex the bumper, leading to cracks. The paint will start to crack as well.
