Default Nismo V2 front bumper for 08 ???

i am interested in getting the nismo V2 body kit but all the kits have the two slits next to the emblem insert and was wondering if there is a kit where it didn't have the slits so it will look clean on an 08 model.

No. Ask a body shop to fill them in instead of this forum.

It will hardly take any labor for a body shop to fill it in, it'd be a very basic fill.

it's very easy for them to fill. you could even get the emblem hole filled if you wanted.

If we all went directly to shops, what would be the point of this forum? Other than posting up pictures, which can be done on other sites like flickr.

I just got the V2 kit not too long ago. I should be out of the shop today or tomorrow. We just have to put the CF hood on the car. Good luck.

yeah send him to a body shop so they can act like it is a big deal and rape him for it. instead of letting him know it's pretty common.

can you install a nismo v2 front bumper on any z model?
like the '07 enthusiast or '06 or does it only go on '08 models?

a V2 will fit on ANY year, except the 09 370Z of course. that goes for any 350z body kit. completely interchangable body panels. cept hood on the 07+ HR zs... no clearance for the intakes with the 03 hood.

the only issues are with the fender liners on the 03-05 cars. you can either buy the 06+ liners (they are a direct swap) or just live with the slight gap.

the undertray also does not fit, but I don't know if it fits on any year. there is a 1 or 2 inch gap from where the stock bumper bolts up. easy enough to fab something up.

any trim (base, enthusiast, touring, etc) and any year. The difference is (if you have the stock hood) that 07/08 Zs dont have the two ridges going through the middle of the hood. So you'd have to get the bumper's ridges filled in.

Dammit, I just bought mine about 2 weeks ago. What do you mean by authentic Nismo mesh? The mesh on the rear bumper?
