It does look like the Veilside Ver 2 but looks bigger. I think it is the megan racing drag style spoiler that ZO6 suggested.

plus if it was the veilside v2 there would be three dot-like depressions along the outer edge

$400 bucks! Good god fock me. Honestly it's not that bad looking. Everyone here is just following your cue and being a drama queen. OEM Nismo Z spoiler is even worse IMO, but everyone who has one thinks they look like some JDM hero with that double decker airplane wing hanging off the back, so go figah.
