yes, it is fiberglass, but very high quality. You can bend the side skirts to about 90 degrees without hearing a crack or anything. I bought it through 350zforums.
And yes, they are gram light f-pro rims.
and the car has a procharger on it, not a turbo setup.

Very nice! It looks classy, but aggressive. It doesn't look glued on like some of the others. Luv it.

I had the car tuned on the rich side since i am constantly at drift events really hammering on the car. But it did 357rwhp regardless.

If thats the case then thats a shame if its not the real Vetex kit.

no it is a real vertex kit, he copied the espirit kits, my vertex kit is 100% genuine, has all the vertex labels inbedded in the fiberglass on the backsides...

I read that the procharger has a kind of whine from the belt, do you experience this?

yes, the whine is choppy and noisy at idle, but when its anywhere above 1k rpms, it sounds like a jet basically.
