Will these fit on 03-05? I searched but couldn't find an answer.

Not quite. There will be a small gap between the fender liner and the endge of the bumper. The 06+ bumper is slightly winder in that area. All the mounting points will still line up. The gap is not noticeable at all....it's inside a fender after all.
