Does anyone know how to remove the center console ? I'm installing a nitrous kit and need to mount an activation switch. I would like to mount the switch under the sliding door in the center console in my 07 but I dont know if that can be taken out or not.

Thanks for the replies but I dont think these directions completely cover the 07-08 models because these directions say to remove the ashtray to remove a screw but on the 07's -08's theres no ashtray that can be removed. The cup holder tray can be removed but theres no screws under that.

 

 

I have 08 Z and I used this guide as well. Just try to get the idea and follow it.

 

yeah sorry. all I had to do was pull up on the shifter ring a bit harder and it popped loose. I was afraid to break it earlier.
