Those running FRP front bumpers, how are they holding out to cracking/chipping?

Default Those running FRP front bumpers, how are they holding out to cracking/chipping?

I'm having mine installed this weekend, guy says because its so stiff it'll probably crack and chip from rocks. Doesnt help that we have the worst roads in the universe.. Hows yours doing?

I spray mine once a year. I do mostly highway driving for short periods of time (with 18 wheelers on the road also) and its not that bad. However, I took a trip to new jersey from new york and got a ton of rock chips, but no cracks and the bottom of the bumper has been hit a ton of times. I think yours should be ok.
