Default Need help asap Licence plate lights dont fit in a INGs2 Rear bumper

My stock licecne plate lights do not fit flush when installed into the ings2 rear bumper. Im trying to come up with solutions for this problem but havent found any. Has anybody else run into this problem? This is the only issue that is holding the body shop up. I want to get my car back on the road. Im thinking of using some generic square led lights in a shallow fitting like this http://www.streetglow.com/Catalog/LED-Pods any ideas?

Cannot propose a solution useless I can see what you are talking about. A generic lamp with a flush mount will work. You cannot see the lamp anyway right?

The problem is that you can currently see the light when "snapped" into place it hangs over an inch to low and is visable not flush. Ill post some pics in the am.

Use some spacers to raise the light mounting location.

Gibbs I was thinking about spacers but am unsure about what to fabricate them from. Jubes They were tested with the bumper off the car. The Ait Bumper will not accept the stock Nissan bracket that holds the lights and the trunk popper so they had to be separated the trunk popper fits flush the lights do not.

^ Just use some washers on either side of it.
