I think it would look very nice, but there is one problem. The stock 350Z shifter has a wide neck unlike the Lambo shifter. You would have to have the shifter machined down. I think 350evo shifters have a skinny neck, so this might be the way to go.

I would do it if someone made it for the Z. It has to look like this though, nothing like the Celica.

ehhh it looks and seems like a cool idea but honestly, i would spend my money elsewhere. if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

the sad part in the picture is that the person spends all that money on that car and they use a stick on e brake handle that can be bought at autozone

Don't doubt the 2ZZ. Does not sound powerful, but the car weighs 2500lbs stock.

I don't like the shift plate idea but I am going to steal the keyboard visor idea for my carputer.

Only thing i would worry about is the distance between gears. If its too close u are gonna get something looking like the celica one more then the lambo since the " fingers" between would probably be too thin.

I talked with the guy who made the 3/S gated shifter plate. He won't take up the project since he has no 350z to work with and has a lot of other projects on hand. I had his short shifter for my 3000gt and that thing was kick ***. Too bad he can't make one, it would have been cool to see a gated shifter for a 350z
