I tried contacting blue bat to see if he could supply me with some pics of this type of overlay on a carbon silver z. Anyways, he didn't so if anyone has these gtr style taillight overlays could you post some pics? I have an 08 carbon silver z, so if you have any pics please post them for me. I have already tried searching but only came up with the regular 6/10 full blacked out taillights.

What the hell are GTR overlays for a Z?

 

its different from the regular overlays because it has cut outs. For example, a gtr overlay for the 08 taillights may leave the LED's visible, so its red instead of the vinyl covering everything up and making the whole taillight a dark purple color.

geez i guess no one likes these or has ordered any from this forum. Still looking for 06+ taillights with gtr overlays in carbon silver.

 

Its all about personal preference. The overlay on the black pre 06 z is my zt2.My zt3 is more streamline in design.
