I agree window louvers are ftl, and only belong on mustangs. To be fair though, not all of your Z's mods serve a functional purpose either... :P

Some things we do for personal taste, and to add individuality to our cars, not functionality, and if he likes them then that's all that matters.

LOL...........You have contradicted your idea greatly with your reply, if you didn't notice. I am just going to let you figure that out on your own. Yes, some of the parts on my car are for looks; CF interior, CF rear strut bar panel, and CF roof cover. Those parts are there to complete the looks of my theme(my Z), but none of the parts hinder forward, rear, and side visibility of my car. That was the point I was trying to make. Why have parts that hinder visibility, and potentially dangerous? I also need to be fair as well, since you brought my car into this picture, what mods on your Z serve functional purpose? We can go back and forth with this all day and night, but I am just not in the mood to argue, so i am just going to leave it at that. Just in case if you don't know, it would benefit you greatly if you learned mutual respect.

FYI, I am quite shocked and disappointed to see the comment above coming from you...............

Sorry but don't agree with the side vents either..Also we just need to let cars be cars.. Adding things that serve no function is lame..Any one see that you tube video bout that guy in the Blue "supercharged" Z...I mean this guy was a real individual...Doesn't mean its right...That side vent mod has to go up there with that Blue "super charged" Z.
Heres the link to that individual..I mean all he needs are those side vents http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ibG7N-CGa3U

well... at least they look cleanly installed and the paint looks good.

I think it's too much of a mustang thing and should be left to them, though. doesn't look right.

thanks for everyone's input, I never used to look out those windows anywayz so it doesnt matter to me.. I personally think it makes the Z look more agressive and will fit perfect my seibon cw cf front lip.. plus my car isnt done.. still need sides/rear... I like them if you dont not a problem with me. Just like to hear everyone's input.

To each their own.

Cheers
i dont understand your point. so your angry at Z owners who buy certain items just for looks even though it also serves a purpose? just sounds like you're hating.

to OP, yeah, mustangs only please.

Why don't you put some rear window louvers on it too lols. I just pulled a nasty *** one off of the 280zx I bought, it looked like this. I can send it to you for your Z haha. I think every sports car in the 80s had these.

C'mon Vince, I wasn't pointing a finger at you man. I think you misinterpreted my post as that, perhaps it sounded as such. Why would I? I see you at meets all the time, and have I ever been an @$$hole? I was just saying that this guy likes it even if you and I don't, so good for him, just like you like your car, and I like mine... so let him do what he likes. I doubt this really limits visibility in an unsafe way anyhow, considering that I never use the rear windows because one is always blocked by the passenger seat headrest, and the driver side rear window is behind me (I'm short, and sit 90 degrees upright haha). Maybe some people use them, I've never had to though.

PS...With the exception of my nismo rear add-ons, and veilside sideskirt add-ons all my mods are functional btw. I plan on installing brake ducting on the V2 front bumper to reduce brake fade on longer mountain runs which the stock bumper didn't have room for. My limo tint keeps prying eyes out too haha.

PSS... Can't we all just (edit: I mean get along... not have group smiley sex)
