Good luck with the mod I have seen in person of Arnold's reflector at the meet, they're very clean mod. You will love them.

So I ordered the J Spec clear side markers for my 08 and they came in today. Gonna order some of those LEDS and see how it goes I love the shot of that Nismo Z, just beautiful.

Are you able to get a picture of the inside of your bumper? And do we need to buy an inverter for each set of CCFL's? So it would be like 80$ for the inverters if we need two. Thanks!

You gotta use a dremel ,cut all the back housing around the edge and leave just the border that holes the lens and the brackets. Install your CCFL, then vacuum mold a cover to seal the ccfl and make it water proof. good luck

or you can use EL Wire, it may not be as bright as CCFL or LEDs, but the more wire you have there, the better.

So official JDM clear markers even for the '06-'08 will not work either because there is a plastic backing on that as well?

You do not modify the corners at all on this mod. On the right picture you posted, you will see there is a bout 3/4 of a inch of clear plastic that goes into the bumper on the inside. The lights shine through that section and light it all up.

Not sure about the JDM clear markers, but it works great on the stock ones. I put red CCFLs behind the orange markers and it lights up a nice red-orange color. Here's the best pic I have at the moment.

06-08 USDM or JDM, there is alot of room inside, no cutting required...
03-05 USDM or JDM, very slim design no room , requires drilling and cutting

I installed mine today. I also put in hyper-white LED's for my parking light. The picture is from my phone and sucks. I'll try to find my camera and get some real pics. I think it looks really good.

I found my camera, here are some pics. Most are blurry I'm sorry, but you get the idea.

They aren't that bright. The camera isn't taking good pics. If you see them in person I would say they are a "normal" brightness. For some reason my camera is making them glow.

Can some one make a DIY guide? I need help wiring them to the parking lights. After installing the side markers back into the front bumper, where and how do I connect the wires from the side markers to?
