i know this is the amuse front bumper but its different looking than some of the other amuse bumpers.. what is in the middle and the shape of the mouth is different?? could someone inform me??

It is a front under diffuser.

 

and the middle contains the duct for the intake/brakes/oil cooler

 

Looks the same to me, maybe it's painted differently that the other ones you saw making it appear different.

the mouths look a lot different also there are what look like bolts on the bottom of the mouth????

 

The white one has a splitter as Kwame said. That's what the four bolts are for. Other than that they look like the same bumper to me. The paint and angle of the picture might be playing tricks on you.

definitely the same, playing tricks on you as crg said. It's the lighting, check out direct flash shot vs the one taken a hundred yards away

 

lol the top pic is of my car pre-paint... the bolts in the bottom is where the diffuser mounts in the middle.... i recently had the diffuser installed and painted... pm me if you have any further questions about this set-up i'd be happy to help
