Ok, some pics...

Horns and other goodies (old pic)

Original horns (Bumper off!)

New horns installed (Bumper off)

This would be how much space you have to work with (Today, bumper on)

Again, today, bumper on...

And no, you can't see them from the outside, you can barely see them with the hood open unless somebody points them out or you are looking for them... and the tone is a higher pitch.

As you can see, the pic is from May 2003... I got my Z on Jan 2003. Thats when I installed the clear markers, ground kit and horns... and the cup is full of iced tea. Hot Fla days...

That sound make me wanna kill someone lol I like the stock horns, they aren't wussy and they aren't too deep. I never use my horn unless I see someone I know and want to get their attention. Nice emblem on those tho, too bad you can't appreciate the look, may as well get a new gas tank and put the Z on it as well, inside it of course.

I beep at people all the time- generally it's women on cell phones who aren't paying attention to anything going on...

I am picturing the look on someone's face who has followed instructions and removed the front bumper to install the horns then honks them for the first time.

the sound is very different when you just tap the horn rather then lay on it like that... higher pitched then stock...

i should do a clip of the stock horns with the same camera so we can compare those...
