Default Custom Headlights By Lightwerkz

They did a great job, definitely know what they were doing, felt comfortable leaving my headlights with them. Decided to paint everything flat black and leave the chrome sill under the projector. It accents any chrome on the car very well and gives the light itself some definition. Didnt decide to do the white LEDs till I got to the shop, very very happy with it.

hopefully they didn't rush to close your housings after painting or your lenses will be destroyed from the inside....

I sent my lights back to him twice and still not satisfied but I learned my lesson.

The LEDs are white, I was hoping for amber but they didn't have them.

I wasn't to sure about the LEDs prior to install but the perk was, if I really didnt like it, or wanted to change up the look, I could simply unplug them, and you'd have no idea they were even there.

The headlight housing overall in flawless, no smudges, paints perfect, can't even tell the housing was taken apart. Im going to play with the lighting, different combos and see what I like best (LED strip with or with out driving lights, with or without amber LEDs etc)

looks alright.. considering what u paid for it though is the other part.. i do the same painting/halo and lens upgrade options minus the audi strip, which i find unattractive.. for members here and on the other site for a fraction of the cost of some of these other companies..which people still go to idk why?? congrats though. i wouldve painted the thing all black .. and left the shroud silver or paint matched it to the car..

Actually I find the price I paid very reasonable. I was given the option to paint the headlight however I wanted. I opted for ALL black. I left the chrome piece because it gives the headlight some definition and it was recommended not to paint this area because of possible problems with discoloration and/or paint bubbling in the future. Im glad I painted the projector black, leaving it silver on a red car would of looked awkward. I was given the option to paint the projector red. Im going for a clean neat appearance, that'd look like a desperate attempt to coordinate. The other plus to using Lightwerkz opposed to someone in say, Alabama, is that I was able to drop them off and pick them up, thus saving on shipping cost/time.

From my understanding, the inside of our headlights have a UV coating. After a month or so, the coating appeared to be rotting away almost....it was ugly. Two lenses later and it is to the point where I don't get bothered by it.

Clifton, NJ. I explained to them Id rather drop off and pick up to save on shipping and time, they didn't mind at all. Im located in Orange County which is approx. 60 miles north of the city. It took me 45 minutes to get to their shop.
