Default Help Identifying This Part...

I pulled the bumper to fix a crack in my washer tank and found that there was another broken part in there that I would like to replace if I can find it... It looks like it’s an air deflector or might be something to close in part of the fender??? Its located behind the alum. beam and there is one on the right and left side. Here are some pics... I hope they are good enough to help you understand what I am looking for.

I was thinking the same thing when I removed my front bumber. Anyway I had to remove them to make my amuse bumber fit correctly. I didn't manage to find out what they are for :O maybe they direct air for the intake(s)??
