Default Removing 2006+ Interior Door Handle?

The inevitable has occurred to my driver's side door handle (cheap paint chipped and scratches from using window switches). I'd like to remove it and wrap it with micro-suede. Problem is, I'm not quite sure how to remove it. I'd like to do it on both sides, so I assume both are held on the same way.

Is it just clipped in? I'm trying to find it in the Service Manual but I don't know which one of the many sections it'd be in, and I have no idea what Nissan refers to the part as. I believe on 03-05s, the piece has a screw and held by clips. On the 06+ there are no screws...so do I just pull on it?

Yes they are just clipped but for the passenger side you have to remove that handle that runs through the middle of it. There is a DIY for removing door panels and this is one of the steps, it has pics to aid in the process.

Yeah, passenger side requires popping off the silver finisher, then unscrewing bolts, pulling on vertical handle and then popping off panel with the buttons.

Thanks. =)
