Default little info on switchblade keys..

ive searched a pretty good amount on here and outside but ive only had about 50% luck in finding what i need to know. was hoping you people out there could help me out and hopefully this thread can put an end to similar questions when it comes to this subject.

ive found that making a switchblade is definitely possible but i was wanting to know if it was possible using this key, http://z.about.com/d/cars/1/0/s/p/ag...ssignition.jpg, instead of having to use the one on ebay. if so, is it just as easy to create as the other from ebay.

found a thread on here that someone kind of touched on this question but was never very clear with the possibility.

the help is much appreciated guys. thanks

The one you linked is a smartkey. You gonna need a push button to start and all that gizmo to work. It does have a key inside but it slides out completely. a little too far for just a key fob imo.
