Will 03 Seats Work In An 08?
Assuming you're talking about power seats - the short answer is 'sort of'...
They'll fit and you'll be able to connect the power to the seat adjustment without any real issues and also the seat heaters assuming you have seat heaters in your 08. Heater switches from an 03 will not fit an 08. Even if you don't have heated seats in your 03, it's still feasible - there's a write-up on here in the Interior DIY section.
Where you're going to have issues is with the passenger air-bag. The 06.5 upwards have a sensor in the passenger seat cushion which deactivates the passenger airbag when it senses that something other than an adult is sitting on the seat. Try searching and you'll find some threads - I basically had to butcher the stock passenger seat in my 06.5 to remove the sensor. I know folks have tried to remove the leather / cloth cover from their new seat to insert the sensor into it but I just placed mine in the void under the passenger seat nad connected it up. If you go this route, you should never have a child travelling in the passenger seat (probably not a good idea at the best of times).
Remember to disconnect your battery when swapping the seats otherwise you'll get an airbag warning light which will need to be reset.
