Default Bodykit Progress

Bodykit Details:

Front - AMS SL2 from Strafe
Sides - Nismo Rockers from Extreme Dimensions
Rear - Nismo Addons from Extreme Dimensions

Extreme Dimensions said they Nismo replicas were modelled after the USDM ones, but the flares don't seem to be as large, so idk

The fitment on the sides were horrible, they were short on both sides. The rear addons fit pretty snug, i decided to mold them in because I didn't like the separation lines. The front bumper was on point, it fit like a glove. The car should be getting painted today in a 370z Pearl White, I'll post some more pics after it's done.

Sorry if the pics aren't up to par, the lighting wasn't that great.

Looks good so far but you should of stayed away from extreme dimensions fitment is sub par and quality is iffy. You need some new wheels with an aggressive offset.

Thx man, yeh another friend of mine on this board (06z33) told me to stay away from them as well, but that was after I ordered. The main reason I went with them was the fact that they told me their parts were replicated from the USDM version. Yeh for my wheels I'm running TSW Vairano's 19-245/19-275, I'm saving up for some Volk GTS wheels.

Thx Graham (I recognized the username from nycnissans, lol). We gotta hit up the meets one day, I have to get a look-see at those Stoptechs!

Black_03: Nah. I just ordered a double hump roof cap, but I'm painting my roof black until it arrives. I'm also installing my CF A Pillars as well. I'm going for the very unoriginal concept of having the top half CF.

Hexxus: It's actually a mechanic shop, we're just using the parking lot to do the prep work. It's summer time

In regards to you saying the sides were too short, that's not the case. In the picture below, I circled an area that just needed to be notched in order to get proper fitment. There is a small tab that goes in and around that area that doesn't have the perfect shape. When we installed those sides on the Z in our video, we notched that area out and fitment was perfect.

We saw the piece that didn't fit right, and we took care of that to make sure it lined up probably. The problem was that when the seams lined up where they were supposed to line up with the car (i.e. The curve by the rear of the door and the line from the front of the door), the length of the side skirt didn't match up to the car. We had to extend it so that it lined up with both fender wells.

Edit: I wish I had pics to show you, but unfortunately I don't. I'm not trying to bash your product, I'm just stating the facts and my experiences.

I understand completely. I was just hopping in to shed some light on the experience we had when we put the kit on. And yeah, pics would have been helpful but it is what it is. Give me a shout if you need anything.
