Would you want 370z Amuse front for your 350Z? Need feedback to make it happen.
There is obviously interest in the community for this project. If the units can be produced @ a competitive price there will be customers to buy them. However the company should not be asking the consumer to fund the project.
A business has to take the risk in producing a new product in order to reap the profit. That is what capitalism is based on!! Part of that process involves gauging interest (which has been done) & determining production costs & sale price point vs profit margin.
If a company decides there is sufficient interest THEY take the risk of production. Meaning the company should fund their first production run, and in turn sell to the market. Imagine Nissan coming to us and asking for money to prefund the developement of the next Z.

your bulk-preorder-before-seeing-finished-product business model is a tough one. it's hard to get people to pay for the R&D. if you feel the demand is there, make a quality product and take a gamble.
If someone doesnt start this soon I am going to try do it myself.

Well, we can give you credit for two bumpers if you wanted to send two deposits for them. My business partner and I have talked about this bumper and we are going to stick to the 10 people needed to make it happen. It isn't a part we want to stock in our catalog since we mainly do unique designs and brand our own products.

I'm sure that people would buy it when its done, but it just isn't something that we want to take on without a commited group. So we wish the community the best with the project.. Take care.
will the non refund $100 deposit eventually go towards my purchase? Im strongly considering depositing either way
